Getting To Know Us: Rhett Lee
How do you serve at Sunset?
I play drums for the Worship Team. I’ve also assisted at Sunday School and the kids’ choir.
What’s a recent project you were glad to complete?
Cleaning out 5 years of junk from the basement so our friends from Arizona (a family of 5) could stay with us and not be attacked by boxes.
If you were a motorized vehicle (car, bike, train, etc), what type would you be and why?
Top Fuel dragster – 8000 horsepower and 0-300+ mph in 4 seconds. Or Thomas the Tank Engine – because he’s Really Useful. It’s kind of a toss-up.
What’s your “day job”?
Technical Specialist at Nike’s Tiger Woods Center. A fancy title for “A/V technician.” Basically, what Travis does for Sunset, I do for Nike. In fact, I met Travis years ago when he would come in and do audio for big events.

As a member of the Rhett Lee Fan Club (Facebook), I want to say that he is appreciated for his wit, loyalty, skill and enthusiasm that he brings to his friendships and his role on the worship team. Plus he's been a bridge of intro to his sparkling wife Erika, too, for many of us who are lucky enough to be getting to know her.
Thanks Rhett!
