It was a great morning on so many levels.

Yesterday, though, I was especially impressed with the lighting and camera work. I love love love how the lighting changed reflecting a change in mood in the song. I love how the lights on the back wall were congruent with the images on the screen. Although I didn’t notice that we did this during the service, during run through there were moments where there was a live image of a musician melded in with the background images on the screen. I don’t know what that was, but it was really cool. There were some great transitions on the camera. I just thought that visually the 11 was spectacular and very professional. So I encourage you all to stay creative and in tune with the songs. It makes such a difference.

This is just the main area that engaged me yesterday.

Thanks. Jill (Hofer)

Delighted by the slide show!

Savored the children greeting at the doors!

Momisms were clearly enjoyed by those that could hear it. Suggestion: for something that is verbally fast paced, give the person signing (ASL) a script of words OR a white board with the words already printed on it, to share with the hearing impaired audience. She was skillfully and valiantly trying to keep up but it was a struggle to both read the ASL or sign at that pace!

Here are a couple of notes that we received following Sunday's services:

"Praise! Great music this morning - thanks to the choir!"

"Great music today!"
