Update: Arts Conference

Next week our rehearsal schedule will be changing due to a late breaking opportunity for Jay and Tyler to join Janet at the Willow Creek Arts Conference in Chicago.

Band and vocal rehearsal is Monday (not Tuesday)
Choir and orchestra rehearsal remain on Wednesday
Tech Rehearsal (11th hour run through) are on Saturday (not Thursday)

We know late changes and Saturday rehearsals are tough and wouldn’t make this request unless we believed in the value of the training they’ll receive at the conference.
Our team had originally not planned to attend this year due to financial constraints but Janet’s travel, registration and lodging is being paid for by Willow due to her involvement with the Global Leadership Summit Team.
This week things came together so that Jay and Tyler could fly stand by for a minimal expense (thanks to Aaron’s connections) and their lodging is free (housesitting) so with Julie and Ron's blessing they are going to be able to attend.

This year the conference features large group training from Nancy Beach, Brian McLaren, Gilles St. Croix (">Cirque Du Soleil), Robbie Seay, Richard Allen Farmer, Kendall Payne, Francis Chan and small group intensive sessions with noted Arts leaders/teams from around the nation.

This conference has been a formative and significant investment in our leaders throughout the years and we are excited to have the opportunity, with minimal expense, to send a few of our team again this year.
