Sunset is hosting a Sanctus Real Concert on Thursday, October 23, 2008. We're looking for ANYONE who can help! If you are available for any time on Thursday please scan the list below and email to danlarson@sunsetpres.org to let him know how/when you can help.

8 people Load-in/Load-out and Stagehands - at least 16 years old and arrive for load-in from 9:30am - noon. May include helping tour crew place trusses, hand lights, hang projector and screens set-up Front of House, set up/build dressing room areas, set up costumes. Load out at 9:15 pm for about one hour.
Visibility of show - will be working during before and after show.
4 people Building Security - at least 18 years old. Help monitor building (for Sunset Pres) security during show.
Visibility of show - will be working during show time, but will pop in and out of show.
1 person Show Head of Security - at least 18 years old, be in charge of those providing show security, work directly with Tour Manager.
Visibility of show - will be working during show time, possibly inside Sanctuary.
8 people Show Security - at least 18 years old, assist with security for show, guard entrances, stage, etc.
Visibility of show - will be working during show time, possibly inside Sanctuary.
2 people Runners (will get buddy ticket) - at least 21 years old and has van or large vehicle with knowledge of the surrounding area. Start time is about 9:30 am and needs to be available throughout the entire load-in/load-out time.
Visibility of show - will be working during show time, possibly be able to sit in on show.
6 people Ticket Scanners - arrive 1 hours before show time and scan tickets at entry for show.
Visibility of show - will be at sanctuary doors for beginning of show, will be able to sit for majority of show time.
6 people Ticket Sales & Will Call - arrive 1 hours before show time for training and help with tickets sales at the door and will call.
Visibility of show - will probably miss beginning of show, will be able to sit for majority of show time.
5 people Merchandise Sales - at least 18 years old, arrive at 6:30 pm for training and work selling merchandise. Mostly before show, during intermission, and after show.
Visibility of show - will probably miss beginning of show, but should be able to sit for majority of show time, being available when needed.
