Easter Volunteers Needed

This important email is regarding the many opportunities to help as a volunteer during this week at SPC. Please note the positions below and help as you feel lead. We are in need of your time and talent.
The Way to the Cross Experience (Stations of the Cross) The event has expanded this year to two days and will move from the Sanctuary through the Gym and some of the first floor classrooms.

Thursday, 10am – 9pm Friday 11am – 8pm

Wednesday
1-2pm Set up with Carrie and Sandy – need 4
4-6ish pm Prepare guide booklets – need 4

Thursday
Guides/Ushers-1:1 training when you arrive then provide support to a station
9:30 – 11:45 need 4
11:30 – 1:45 need 6
1:30 – 3:45 need 5
3:30 – 5:45 need 3
5:30 – 7:45 need 5

Friday
10:30 – 12:45 need 5
12:30 – 2:45 need 6
2-30 – 4:45 need 6
4:30 – 6:45 need 2
6:30 – 8:30 need 8
8:15 – 10:00 (tear down) need 1

Supplies needed by end of day Tuesday – drop off at the church office.

• 8-10 floor lamps
• (40) Coins, realish, but not valuable
• 4 rustic bowls
• 4 Ornate table coverings (large)
• 8 Floor pillows
• Flower pots, potted with flowers, for garden station décor
• Thick itchy Rope
• 1000 Nails – donation only, larger, but easy to nail
• 5 - 8 foot Dark large tablecloths
• Candle Snuffers
• 1500 Q-tips – donation only
• 4 medicine droppers
• 1 bottle of cinnamon incense – donation only
• 8 loaves of bread – donation only
• Wheat/dairy/gluten free bread/crackers – donation only
• 4 gallons of Grape juice – donation only
• Rafia for tying – donation only
• Lots of Pillar candles – donation only
